The site provides promotional information and listening samples ("mp3 files") of music and sound that can be licensed from LFK Records Limited and its partners for professional production uses. The site can be used to audition, license and download music. The site also provides opportunities to licensees to report music usage.

We reserve the right, for any reason, in our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. LFK Records Limited does not solicit nor does it wish to receive any confidential, secret or proprietary information or other material from you through LFK Records Limited mail and email addresses, or in any other way. Any information or material submitted or sent to LFK Records Limited will be deemed not to be confidential or secret. 4.4 Litigation Issues
This Agreement is entered into in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. Each party to this Agreement further agrees as follows: (i) any claim brought to enforce this Agreement must be commenced within two (2) years of the cause of action accruing; (ii) no recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and legal fees; (iii) any claim must be brought individually and not consolidated as part of a group or class action complaint.
